April 5, 2015 – The Answer is an unresounding NO! The US Supreme Court declined to hear the case of Dobrydnev v HHS and thereby made no ruling on whether or not it is constitutional for Vaccine Courts to weigh more heavily the testimony of state sponsored experts rather than those who testify on behalf of the injured victims. A travesty, I think so. Maybe not the best test case to challenge the practice – perhaps. But one thing is certain – this situation will be repeated. Question is, how many more families will suffer before the US Supreme Court picks up this issue. Fair or not? Let the court of Public Opinion be the Judge!
