At the time of this filming, Atty. Krishnamurthy was the Assistant Director of Harvard Law School’s Cyberlaw Clinic and a Lecturer of Law, & member of the Global Network Initiative’s Board of Directors; and an affiliate of the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University.
Attorney Krishnamurthy practices international law and teaches at Harvard Law School, with a focus on complex regulatory and related human rights challenges facing businesses operating across borders - including cyberspace. He advises companies, governments, and activists on the human rights impacts of new technologies, and is a frequent public commentator on emerging technology and public policy issues.

He is a graduate of Yale Law School, and holds degrees from the University of Toronto and the University of Oxford, where he studied as a Rhodes Scholar.
